JAMB finally Commenced full Registration of 2021 UTME and DE Candidates

Congratulations to 2021 JAMB proposed applicants as board re-opened suspended registration portal. The suspension of the JAMB registration portal was due to technical glitches with NIN database.

According to GUARDIAN NEWS PAPER the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially lunched it portal for the registration of 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) into tertiary institutions.

The announcement came barely 48 hours after it had suspended the exercise over technical challenges brought about by Tue incorporation of the National Identification Number (NIN) into the registration requirements.

According to JAMB spokesperson, Mr Fabian Benjamin, in a statement yesterday, confirmed that registration had fully commenced.

He further stated that, “the registration was only put on hold to resolve the technical hitches. Registration is now in full swing,” adding that some candidates had successfully registered for the examination.

Intending applicants are advised to visit any accredited JAMB CBT Center to proceed with the registration.

Please note the registration fee for the 2021 JAMB still remain 3,500NGN, you are to pay additional 500NGN textbook.
