Reactions As Lady Drags Polytechnic Students Dwelling On ASUU Strike

Yesterday, news went viral that the Academic Staff Union of Universities ( ASUU) have suspended their 10 months old strike, meaning that students can now come back to school in January perhaps if the rumoured second wave of Covid-19 doesn't lead to another lockdown. Many students celebrated that for they've really stayed at home much longer than expected with little or no hope that the strike will be called off.

However, a lady by name Ewawunmi took it higher than expected as she dragged polytechnic Students for celebrating the strike that's just suspended for according to her, polytechnic have no business with ASUU since it's mainly for universities.

That was quite insulting and humiliating to some polytechnic students and as you know, they've always been rated far below other normal students in the high institutions. A man who claims to be a student of Federal Polytechnic Nekede decided to challenge the girl to an IQ test so he can prove to her, that not all polytechnic students are as full as she thinks.

We all should please learn to understand that inasmuch as there are cadres to institutions in this country, we should also remember that they are all higher institutions and that should be respected. Let's please stop the banters against polytechnic students.
