It's no more a news that the federal government has ordered all schools across the country to reopen on the 12th of October provided they meet up with all necessary Covid-19 protocols given by the presidential task on Covid-19.
Although the reopening of schools which was approved by the federal government, is the heart desire of all students. In my opinion, all universities In Nigeria should not reopen.
All universities should not reopen this year because the deadly coronavirus disease is still circulating around the country and reopening of universities across the country will boost the further spread of the deadly virus .
Despite the fact that schools were shutdown for over five months, the country has now recorded over 59000 confirmed cases of coronavirus yet they deadly disease is still circulating.
in NY view, since universities has to do with large number of people, they should not reopen until next so that they can make more preparation to keep students safe while they reopen admist the coronavirus pandemic.
