Etche is one of the local government area of Rivers State out of the twenty- one Local government area in Rivers State.
Barely a week ago, Nigeria Info FM had reported the dilapidated state of the community Primary school, Amaku Igbodo in Etche Local Government area. Following this report, the Chairman of Etche Local Government Area, Obinna Anyanwu had ordered an immediate rehabilitation and repair of the deteriorated Community Primary school in the local government.
Thankfully, Construction work has begun at the deteriorated Community Primary School, Amaku Igbodo in Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State which has been so far neglected.
You will recall that Nigeria Info FM had earlier reported that pupils of the school before now used stacked blocks as chairs and also as desks while most of them sit down on wet and dusty floors.
In Etche Local government, there are reports from Nigeria Info, that the local government is also experiencing floods on the road.
