Latest Update On ASUU Strike

It's no more a news that the academic staff union of universities (ASUU) has been on for over six months following the refusal of the federal in paying some of their members who failed to enroll the federal government's integrated personal and payroll information system( IPPIS) as their payment system.

However, the Academic Staff Union Of University (ASUU) has introduced a new payment system to the federal government, urging them to adopt it as the payment system for the union.

Few days ago the federal government met with the leadership of the Senate and the Academic Staff Union Of University (ASUU) to resolve the issue and end the strike.

Although the federal government has considered the new payment which is one of ASUU's demand but has not yet concluded on when to end the ongoing strike.

Few hours ago the Academic Staff Union Of University (ASUU) has released a new update on their ongoing strike, below is the screenshot of the update from the Union;
