The National Examination Council on wednesday, announced that the release of 2020 Senior School Certificate Examination internal result.
Announcing the result on wednesday at the examination body's National headquarter in Niger state.
The registrar chief executive officer of NECO, Professor Godswill Obioma said, the result for 2020 shows that eight hundred and ninety four thousand, one hundred and one candidates representing 73.89% scored five credits and above in both english and mathematics.
Meanwhile a total of two hundred and thirty three thousand candidates who are prevented from taking the NECO examination in some states due to the harsh tag, "end SARS" protest,will be accommodated in the external examination scheduled for between February 1 and wednesday March 3, 2021.
He also noted that the council has deregistered some schools from conducting their exams over malpractices in the October/November, 2020 examination for two years.
