The joint admission and matriculation board(jamb) have commence registration for 2021, things to be aware of when registering for Jamb.
1. Registration date
According to professor Is-haq Olarewasu Oloyede (jamb head), the registration portal for the 2021 UTME have been open from Thursday April 8, to Saturday May 15, so endeavor to register before the deadline.
2. Mandatory use of national identification number (NIN)
Professor Is-haq Olarewasu Oloyede jamb head have made it known to Nigerian in an interview that the use of NIN is compulsory when registering for Jamb this year, this means that no NIN no registration,so student are to take note.
3. The registration fee
According to jamb the registration fee for 2021 UTME is #3500, #700 for registration charges by jamb accredited registration centres and #500 for the recommended reading text.
4. No extension for sales of form
All Nigeria student seeking to write jamb must take note that there will be no extension for the sales of form for the 2021 UTME according to jamb, so applicant must take note and register before the deadline.
5. Jamb examination centres
According to Jamb they have 700 accredited centres for their examination, you can visit jamb portal to know their accredited centres nearest to you.
6. Optional mock examination
Before the main examination, interested candidates can sit for for jamb mock examination in order to get ready for the main examination.
7. Further registration requirements
Jamb have made it known that applicant can visit their portal to check for further registration requirements.
