GOOD NEWS: South-West States To Reopen Schools For WAEC Candidates

All the six south-west states in Nigeria have shown readiness in the reopening of schools for all secondary school students to sit for the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination which was cancelled after fixing a date for it to hold.

This was the decision made by the state governments after engaging in a virtual meeting on Tuesday, July 14, initiated by the Development Agenda for western Nigeria also known as DAWN commission, they are also in collaboration with the special advisers on education and the well known State Universal Basic Education Board.

The state governments were also advised to make available the use of Computer-Based Tests, while each state should intensify efforts and also to invest more in education technology in their different states.

So with this news, students shouldn't relax as debates are still going on about the fixed date for the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination, I urge all students or candidates to remain a bookworm.
