Hellen Adams Keller was born on June 27, 1880 and died June 1, 1968. She was an american author, political activist and lecturer. She was the first deaf blind person to earn a Bachelor of art degree. She was a prolific author. Keller was well traveled and was outspoken in her opposition to war.
