The examination has earlier been slated to start by 4th of August, and end by 5th of September, however, after the meeting, it has been postponed till further notice.
The Minister of State for Education, Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, made this known in his speech today in Abuja.
He explained that the council will now meet with the other four countries participating in the annual examination to suggest a new date that all the five countries will work with.
Thus, all students are thereby advised to keep preparing for the forthcoming examination as the Minister says that the new date for the examination will be announced soon.
