A new systematic of choosing a leader in the Northern part of Nigeria, Kaduna State has been adopted. This seems to be cool enough as examination was conducted for those who are chasing the sit of chairmanship, the All Progressive Congress (APC) was reportedly conducted the exams in order to avoid the electoral process manipulation that can lead to nepotism and fights.
The All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kaduna state who has commenced writing of examinations and oral interview to all the local government aspirants. The process is to test their intelligence and competency, where the exams and the oral interview took hours before they could take everything into completion.
There are seventeen-man panel that was set for them including several PhD holders, lawyers, and four professors. These procedures take is the first time in the history of Kaduna State to screen out incompetent political part aspirants, according to the nation news online broadcasts said that; over one hundred of them seen going into the hall to take the exam.
According to what was gathered from one of those who sat for the exam stated that, the process is tedious as they ask them to make and tender the copies of their credentials, write the story of their lives (biography) for the panelists, also ask several questions that seem to be probing.
This is a better way to choose someone into the post of leader, instead of voting them into power to know who is sound in intelligent and competent to rule citizen in an educative way.
