Few hours ago, The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has approved the commencement date for admissions for 2020/2021 session .
Students were very happy with the development, because many thought JAMB would not do such till after the Covid19 pandemic is over. But todsy, the good news of them commencjng giving admissions this year cane in.
In this article we've highlighted some key points from the statements/Guidelines made by the JAMB's Registrar Mr Oloyede.
This are some key point to note
1- JAMB announces date for commencement of admissions for 2020/2021 session some hours ago.
2-The actual date the for tertiary institutions to commence first and second choice admission for the 2020/2021 session is on August 21 2020
3-also theme registrar said the 1st and 2nd Choices Admission-Exercise be conducted for all institutions.
4- He further added that all applications for admissions to First Degree, National Diploma, National Innovation Diploma and the Nigeria Certificate in Education into Full Time, Distance Learning, Part-Time, Outreach, Sandwich, etc would be only processed by JAMB.
5-also the statements reads that, The 1st and 2nd Choices Admission-Exercise be conducted for all institutions from 21st August 2020 to a date that would be fixed after some bodies agrees on it.
