The first thing is always to pick a jamb form from any Jamb accredited center.
In the area of choosing your course of study professional courses like medicine, law are very hard to get in a Federal University, so i urge you, if you are going to a Federal University, choose courses relating to medicine like, anatomy and Human physiology, you can always read and transfer back to medicine if you are determined to study it.
But if you plan to go to any state school accept the challenge, read and go for your Main course of study.
Secondly the choice of school matters if you go for a school in high demand Like University of Lagos, University of Ibadan with scores like 180 you might not be considered for admission even for the least course, schools like Nigerian maritime are easy to get, University of Port Harcourt, Federal university Otuoke in Bayelsa state are easy to get.
Thirdly, jamb works with your West African Examination Council results, try very hard to make your credits in your Waec, The value of Neco is not high, so focus so much on getting high grades in Waec.
Fourthly, upload your waec results on the jamb portal at any accredited jamb center,
Always check your caps, the caps is where you accept or decline your admission, upload your waec results and accept transfer approvals
The last thing to do is to always to read for the post utme or aptitude test of the school you applied for, try as much as you can to get a score higher than your jamb score With this your admission is secured for 2021.
