A Provost of a College of Education , Delta State College of Education in Warrior is alleged to have spent Thirty Six Million Naira ( 36 000 000.00) to build two toilets in the institutions.
The institution is said to have been granted Seventy Five Millions naira for projects by Tertiary Education Trust Fund ( TETFund) but what has got people minds is the two toilet that gulped 36 million naira.
According to the reports, the amount is regarded as been too much for building these structures and the Provost is suspected to have connived with the contractor which they also alleged she brought herself.
Some lecturers of the College are said to have kicked against the amount alleging that the project is not suposed to be up to that amount.
The two toilets which are for male and female are reportedly said to cost 17 million naira each and Consultancy fee of 2 million Naira.
The Provost however, said all due process were followed in awarding the contract and that there is nothing fraudulent about the whole projects.
Some people also on Social media said it is possible, one man who claimed to be a building expert even said looking at the building, it is possible for 36 million naira to be spent.
