It's mostly said, that Education is the key to success, and with this fact, I believe that the are some governors in Nigeria, that have delivered good governance to their people today because their academic background is well-grounded.
In this article, I will be taking a close look at the three most Educated APC Governors in Nigeria. Based on their high academic qualifications.
1. Governor Umara Zulum (Borno State)
Zulum as the executive governor of Borno state, and also a member of the APC.
He gains his first degree in Agriculture Engineering at the University of Maiduguri and later obtained his master's in the same area of study at the University of Ibadan in 2005.
In order to be well-grounded, he enrolled for a Ph.D. in Soil and Water Engineering with the University of Maiduguri in 2009.
Even before he was elected a governor, he has once served as the Deputy Dean Faculty of Engineering at the University of Maiduguri in 2010, and Acting Dean in the same faculty and University in 2011.
3. Governor El-Rufai (Kaduna State)
He holds a first-class degree in Quantity Surveying at Ahmadu Bello Zaria, Kaduna.
And To boost up his qualification, he also earns for himself a Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School In 1984 and several post-graduate and professional certificates.
3. Babajide Sanwo-Olu
Babajide Sanwo-Olu is the seating governor of Lagos state, under the platform of the broom party, he was born in June 1965.
He holds a degree in Surveying and also an MBA from the University of Lagos
