Nnagboro Precious is an orphan who lost her father when she was in jss2 in 2004 and her mother died on the day of matriculation. She had first lost the first admission into the university because of money but Precious was determined never to give up as she started looking for who would help with money when she got her second admission into the university.
Luck finally smiled on her after she approached one of her village brothers living abroad who then helped her with money which Precious said she managed from her 100 level to 300 level to pay her house rent and school fees until the money finished and she went back to the brother for help but couldn't get it this time.Left with no choice, Precious started trying other people for help but nobody responded to her except the ones that have little because of the condition of the country.
Pointing at the black cloth she wore, Precious told BBC News that, that was the best cloth she has. She said she sometimes wore bathroom slippers and one clothe to go for lectures for one week. She said she didn't care because she had a target and her target is to go to school and make her late parents proud.
Precious described herself as a jovial person who jokes and plays a lot with people. However, it was not the same for others who according to Precious did not invite her to their convocation party because of her condition. Due to her condition, Precious said after graduation, she started thinking what her condition would be if she was not employed.
