Npower is job creation scheme that came into existence since the beginning of Buhari's administration. The batch C application exercise started weeks ago and millions of Nigerians have been reported to have applied for the job.
The batch c recruitment is to see just 400,000 candidates as the beneficiaries. Before candidates can be selected as beneficiaries, they will undergo some screening exercise thereafter train for the program they might have choosing during their screening.
The training exercise for Npower candidates is to help acquaint them with the task ahead, and introduce them to the program they have choosing during their application.
Mainly, this article come up to suggest that candidates should be 5,000 Naira during the training exercise.
Considering the fact that the candidates to be selected as the 400,000 beneficiaries are from poor ground and who has no source of income, the Federal government should find it worth of paying 5,000 Naira to the candidates during the training exercise.
The 5,000 will serve as their training allowance and could be paid to them on weekly basis or every three day throughout the training exercise. It will be their upkeep. Once a candidate is hunger free, he or she will avail himself for any training that come his or her way.
