As we all know that after the conclusion of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), what's next for the students who are seeking admission into tertiary institutions in Nigeria is Post UTME and admission process into their institutions of choice.

Post UTME is the screening exercise which is conducted by the institutions to examine their candidates before they will be considered for admission. However, it is not all institution that conducted post UTME to examine their candidates. Some institutions conducted documental screening and oral interview only. In this type of examination, candidates will be examine through their O'level results, UTME results and other required documents by the institutions.

In this article, we are concerned with the post UTME screening examination. As a candidate, you should be aware of the fact that not all candidates will sit for post UTME screening exercise before they will be offered admission by their choice of institutions. In this article, I'm revealing to you those candidates that may not sit for post UTME screening exercise before they will be offered admission.

These set of candidates may not sit for the post UTME screening exercise of their institutions because of the inconveniences as complained by them. These set of candidates include:

1. Physically disabled candidates: candidates that are physically disabled may not sit for post UTME screening exercise as declared by the board's registrar.

2. Blind candidates: this set of candidates may not sit for the post UTME screening exercise of their institutions before they will be offered admission.

3. Foreign candidates: this set of candidates may not sit for the post UTME screening exercise of their institutions because of the inconveniences as complained by them.

The three above-mentioned categories of candidates may not sit for the post UTME screening exercise of their institutions of choice before they will be offered admission. Candidates who fall into any of these three categories will not sit for post UTME screening exercise of their institutions.
