Teaching service Commission Tescom and the State Universal Basic Education Board Subeb has conducted a computer based test CBT in respect to Ogun TEACH Program organised by Ogun State Ministry Of Education Science And Technology. The test took place at the ICT hall of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Abeokuta.
Fully on the ground to monitor the exercise was the state Commissioner for Education Science And Technology, Professor Abayomi Arigbabu who stated the essence of the exercise adding that the selection process was done on merit.
According to him, the program is an intervention Program which is aimed at bringing 5000 teachers to fill some of the existing vacancies in the Educational sector of the state. He stated that the first stage in the exercise was the screening of the candidates with their qualifications while the computer based test CBT is aimed at selecting the final candidates for the oral interview.
Candidates who sat for the Computer Based Test at the ICT hall of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Abeokuta appreciated the state Government for organising such an initiative.The CBT exercise was held simultaneously in Remo , Yewa and Ijebu.
