The Joint Admission and matriculation board JAMB has open its portal for Universities to upload names of shortlisted applicants for 2020/2021 admission.
According to the Board, For any approval to be made, all Admission processes must go through CAPS (Central Admission Processing System)
This was stated by Fabian Benjamin JAMB spoke man in a telephone interview on Wed, 6th 2021.According to him, only qualified candidate who are recognized by the university which they applied for will be approved.
Prof. Is-haq Oloyede JAMB REGISTER also confirm this in an interview with new men in ABUJA.
As at today, the CAPS is now open to it Universities to upload her shortlisted candidates for 2020/2021 academic session.
It's therefore necessary for prospective students to check their admission status with the universities they applied to avoid omission of their names once they are qualified.
When asked when the site will be closed, the spoke man stated that the site is open to any university who are ready to upload her names of shortlisted candidates and that the portal is open for now and wouldn't be closed any time soon.
