Ability In Disability: Meet Eboseremhen Emmanuel Who Recently Completed His National Service

Conquering disability barrier, has been a big problem in Nigeria. A lot of people, could not fulfill their dreams, due to this.

Eboseremhen Emmanuel, from Benin city; and, a graduate of Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, is a big motivation for every Nigerian. He is an ideal model of determination.

Despite the fact that, he is physically challenged, he successfully completed a programme, most abled youths of his age in Nigeria, are running away from.

The National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) programme, he just completed, is a mandatory 1 year national service programme for young universities and polytechnics' graduates. It was instituted by the Nigerian government, to foster nation building and the development of the country.

When asked, what motivated him, he said:

''challenges come; but, what matter most, is you state of mind. Is it disabled or abled''?

We should heartily, congratulate him; because, this is a commendable achievement, of which, Only few, could be this zealous to make a difference.

I would also use this medium, to plead with Nigerians, to stop the segregation of physically challenged people. They deserve to be loved and supported; because, like anyother human, they also have purpose to fulfill in life.

As regard employment, the Government of Nigeria should also help people like Emmanuel, with good jobs, in order for them, to achieve their full potentials, after coming thus far.

Once more, Congratulations Mr. Emmanuel! You are a hero!
