See What N-Power Says About Delayed June Payment.

Nigerians has taken to Twitter to demand upon when and why the delay of their July monthly stipends. If you're a beneficiary of N-POWER programme. You'd know that as at now, the last month, June, monthly Stipend in which the government promises to exchange in respect to empower and for the labor of Nigerians has not been paid. As at then, yesterday, 16 days after June. 

A Nigerian beneficiary, identified as Prince Adefolaju said on twitter:

Please when are you guys gonna pay us our June and July stipend??? Or we should forget about payment???"

Couple of minutes after his question on the N-POWER Twitter handle, The N-POWER replied saying their stipends would be paid 'soon' 

 “…June will be paid soon.”

He replied “Noted with thanks but make it snappy please. Boys are not smiling.. #Enugbe"

Another Nigerian Twitter, with the name Omoragbon Cosmos asked if it was true that the money was looted by Nigeria politicians. But N-POWER denied this still assuring that they'll be paid through the Treasury Single Account.

Npower: "Hi Sir. No one has access to your funds. You are paid from the Treasury Single Account"

Meanwhile, over 5 million Nigerians have registered for the N-POWER, however, only 400 000 benefeciary will be shortlisted according to the N-POWER policy. 

You can still put in, the N-POWER registration is still open.
