When applying for the recruitment online, many people eventually get disqualified because of submitting wrong or improper credentials, this factors are the main points an applicant should address before applying.

2. Educational Qualification
Take note that the requirements states that; your certificates are valid at not more than two sittings. This means that, you can upload grades from different result (i.e if you wrote WAEC, NECO or NABTECH twice; last year and this year, you can choose the best grades from them and upload on the portal) N/B: you'll have to tender all at the screening center.
3. Certificate of Date of Birth (DOB)
Please ensure that the Date of Birth on your National Identity Profile, matches the DOB issued by the Hospital and on your Educational Qualifications. Where there's a problem i.e there is a mismatch in any of the mentioned certificates, Kindly go to the nearest magistrate court and get an affidavit as a legal backing.
4.Getting an Affidavit of Birth
When getting an affidavit from the court for the recruitment, make sure that you calculate the age well and in such a way that it corresponds or at least has a minimal difference with the DOB on your certificates (i.e not above 3 years and not below 3 years).
