It's with much great joy and happiness that it is no longer news that the national youth service corps will be celebrating the passing out parade
Here are some facts that you need to know.
1. Due to the recent pandemic that has crippled the nation at large, there will be no celebration
2.corpers are advised to put on their face mask
3. Corpers are to practise social distancing
4. Issuance of certificates will be carried out respectively with few metres of distancing
5. Certificates will be issued within the period of 10 days
6 All corpers are to be on their complete nysc uniform
Above all , I wish you all success in your endeavours and as you face the journey of life, get busy with ideas.
The Passing Out activities for your batch has been scheduled to hold Thursday, 16th July, 2020. However, the activities shall be devoid of the usual ceremonial outlook because of the present global pandemic being faced around the world. qualified corps members shall only come around to collect their Certificate of National Service and leave the vicinity IMMEDIATELY.
Corps members must be fully kiited with strict adherence to the following:
a. NYSC CAP
b. NYSC CRESTED VEST (No white top pls)
c. NYSC Khaki trouser
d. NYSC belt
e. NYSC socks
f. Jungle boot
g. khaki shirt(optional)
The crested vest must be tucked into the trouser while the belt must be visible
The trouser must be tucked into the socks.
If you are wearing your khaki shirt, it must be tucked into the trouser.
Anything fall of this will be counted as An Offence.All corps members must wear nose masks.Washing equipments will be provided, you must wash ur hands before entering the venue. You must come with at least a small bottle of hand sanitizer.No borrowing of Pen..come with a pen.Your ID card is a MUST, no group photographs, social distancing must be observed. When you come into the venue, sit down and maintain social distancing. Immediately, you are done with yur CNS collection, leave the vicinity immediately.
