School Reopening: FG doles out guidelines to School Owners.
The Minister of State for Education, Honourable Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba was reported to have said that the Federal Government of Nigeria led by President Muhammadu Buhari has given school owners up to July 29th 2020 to meet specific guidelines.
The guidelines are meant to be met before schools are reopened nationwide. He said the ministry has been working in collaboration with Federal Ministry of Health, National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and others.
They have developed and circulated guidelines for the reopening of schools nationwide. He also said schools owners are to prepare and comply with the guidelines. Schools are undertake self-assessment and send feedback to State Education Ministries.
