Meet The First Female Traditional Ruler To Attend NYSC Camp While Still On The Throne

Many Nigerians strive to set the pace even in the face of challenges and obstacles. The current regent of Iboropa-Akoko in Akoko Northeast area of Ondo State, Princess Tinuade Ayomikun Babalola is one of those few Nigerians who have set the pace.

Princess Tinuade Ayomikun Babalola, Oluboropa of Iboropa emerged first female traditional ruler in Nigeria to attend NYSC camp while still on the throne. 

The female monarch who did her NYSC Orientation camp in Minna, said none of her fellow corps member knew she was a traditional ruler because she participated in all the three weeks NYSC Orientation camping activities.

The female traditional ruler who also attended her POP disclosed this on her official Instagram account when she celebrated her giant strides and the record she has set in the country. 

Vanguard Newspaper subsequently published the record set by the female monarch and recognized her commitment that set a new dawn in the country.

Tinuade Ayomikun Babalola ascended the throne as the regent of Iboropa-Akoko in Akoko Northeast area of Ondo State in 2015 at the age of 17 years when she was still studying Public Administration at the prestigious Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko (AAUA).

She succeeded her father, Oba Emmanuel Ayowole Adejuyigbe, who was the King of Iboropa-Akoko before he died.
