The Kaduna State, State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) announced that 65 primary school Teachers have been sacked in Sanga Local Government area of the state.
In a report by Premium Times newspaper, the Teachers that were sacked in Sanga Local Government area of Kaduna State were not legally employed.
The Investigation officer of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Tandant Kutama Confirmed the report during a chat with News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Kaduna.
The Chairman of Sanga Local Government area of Kaduna State, Charles Danladi also confirmed the report to media officials in Gwantu, the Local Government headquarter.
Danladi said he personally raised the alarm after noticing the over bloated wage bill of the teachers that kept increasing every month.
He reported the issue during a Joint Account Committee meeting that was lead by the State Deputy Governor, Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe.
