DAILY POST recalls that Tonto revealed in a post on her Instagram page in September 2021 that her ex-boyfriend, Prince Kpokpogri, has sex tapes of every woman he has slept with, including celebrity dancer, Jane Mena.
Janemena, who is married, has now filed a petition with the police against the actress, demanding an apology in four Nigerian national dailies for character defamation.
Tonto Dikeh's claims were described as malicious in the petition written on her behalf by her solicitors, Felix, Igelige & Associates' Rockson Igelige.
Jane Mena also demanded a retraction of Tonto Dikeh's publication on all of her social media pages.
"These malicious publications by Tonto and in the context in which it was made, was understood by Janemena to mean, amongst other things, that Jane Mena, a married woman, had and is still having an amorous or sexual relationship with Prince Kpokpogri (referred to in the publications as Joseph Egbri), who is not Jane Mena's husband." 2. Jane Mena is unfaithful to her lawful husband. 3. Jane Mena possesses sex tapes. 4. Janemena sells sex tapes. 5. PRINCE KPOKPOGRI (Joseph Egbri) has Janemena's sex tapes (both old and recent) in his possession.
Jane Mena also demanded that the actress unconditionally apologize to her and pay her N500 million in exemplary damages for the malicious publications.
Tonto Dikeh has also been warned by Jane Mena's lawyer that if she does not meet their demands within one month of receiving the petition, legal action will be taken against her.
