Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel known professionally as Mayorkun, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, comedian and pianist. He was born on 23rd March, 1994.
He was discovered by popular Nigerian singer Davido, after he released a cover of Davido's "The money" single on Twitter.
Mayorkun signed with Davido's record label, Davido Music World (DMW) in 2016. His debut single "Eleko", was released under the label. Mayorkun released his debut studio album, "The Mayor of Lagos" in November 2018.
The music star posted a picture, that got people talking, on his official Instagram page iammayorkun. He was rocking a white T-shirt with a red jacket in the picture.
The post was captioned ; "There are more pressing issues at hand than my rumpled T-shirt".
The picture gathered a lot comments and reactions, as many wondered what would have kept a celebrity like him, so busy to the extent, that he forgot to iron his cloth.
