Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known has Wizkid was born in Lagos were he grew up with his parent, at a very young age he started recording some tunes because he has passion for music, just like a normal kid he enjoyed it, but later when he started secondary him and his friends normally perform live show during break period. And has well he was in a choir, both in church /school. Where he grew up in Lagos, according to his interview with MTv base, he said that during school hours he normally go out of class, just to go and record any song that ring in his head. He had the potential so the studio management saw the talent in him and sign him to their label. Wizkid later left the choir to pursue his dreams, his dreams came to reality when he drop his first music "Holla your boy". The song made him gain recognition in Lagos, he also attract some Nigeria music like ;Banky w. Banky w love his sound and sign him to his record label. Wizkid is one of the most bank able musician in Africa.
