Political campaign is a well organized effort politician participate in, aimed at influencing the decision of the masses to his or her favour within an area. It is one of privileges in a democratic state, during this, they tend to canvass for people's support by making series of promises of what they intend to do for them if they eventually votes him or her into office. In democracies, political campaigns often refer to electoral campaigns, by which representatives are chosen or referendums are decided.
A video posted on Instagram by Gossip Mill Naija talks about what a politician promises to do for his constituents when he is votes in the office. According to the video, a poster of a politician recorded by a passer by shows that he promises to feed his constituents free for a period of four years. He made this promise knowing fully well that many of the constituents barely feed due to hardship. See video:-
