The news of the death of the Imo State University Student who died of stray bullet has not only made the headlines for various reasons but has equally given many well meaning people a serious thought for concern.
Reportedly, she was hit by a stray bullet which was allegedly shot by some soldiers close to Douglas House. Divine Nwaneri was a first year student in the department of Soil Science and Biotechnology. She was 24 years old before she died. She hailed from Umukam in Obollo Autonomous Community in the Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo state.
For the records, Divine was an upcoming Nigerian movie actress who had done one or two shots in the industry. She was presumably going to become a superstar in the industry before her untimely death.

On the 2nd day of April, 2021, she uploaded her picture which can be said to be her last post on social media. In her post, she wished her friends well in the new month.
On the reverse side of the coin, students of Imo State University have taken to the streets to protest over her death. While some youths are already demanding justice for her death.
