LGBTQ visibility has notably increased over the years. In case some of you don't know, LGBTQ stands for: Lesbians, Gay, Bisexuals, Transgender and Queer. It was set up in the late 1980s to defend their rights,Following the criticism they received.

Lil Nas
Lamar Montero Hill earned widespread fame after the release of his song 'old town road'. The rapper and country singer came out as gay on June 30, 2019. He said he was scared of loosing his fans by coming out as gay.
Halsey
Halsey has been known to donate to Pro LGBT Organization and it is known in her music. She came out as a bisexual in GLAM Media Awards speech in 2018.
Thessa Thompson
She played a bisexual woman in the 'Avengers' series. She revealed that she was attracted to women as well as men in 2018. The Australian actor has been married to Spanish actress Elsa Patacy since 2010 with three children.
Ellen DeGeneres
Ellen has long been a pioneer for the LGBTQ community as she was the first celebrity to come out boldly as gay in 1997. But her career as a comedian and host suffered for years.
Sam Smith
The singer in his debut album 'came out gay'. And also on an interview with host Jameela Jamil in march 2019.
Amandla Stenberg
The beautiful actress identifies herself as pansexual that is she is attracted to all kinds of gender. The 'hate you give' star actress came out as gay on June 16, 2018 and is currently dating musician King princess.
Kristen Stewart 
The star actress in Twilight came out as lesbian after she broke up with co star actor Robert Pattinson. She is currently dating Dylan Meyer.
Justice Smith
Actor of 'Fallen Kingdom' and 'Detective Pikachu' publicly came out as Queer on his Instagram page also supporting other queers. He is currently dating Nicholas Ashe
Michael D Cohen
Michael Dwayne Cohen is best known for his role as Schwoz Schwartz in 'Henry Danger'. The Canadian actor who transitioned from female to male. He said he was born female and tried to live like one, but it didn't work out for him.
Ariana Grande
The Grammy Singer confirmed her bisexuality in her hit song 'Monopoly'. She declared in its lyrics "I love women and men".
