Popular Nigerian singer and music executive, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has signed a new member into his record label.
Davido has signed Mr. May D into his record label, DMW.
This information was disclosed by the newest member of the DMW records May D, through his official Instagram account on the 18th day of July, 2020.
With excitement on joining a new music label, the music star wrote:
“My New Family! I’m So Excited! Problem! DMW! 30BG! CONFANMENT”
According to reports, Davido and Mr May D has been in touch with each other for a while now, and it seems that they have been holding talks over a possible deal that will see the former Squares man join the DMW records.
ALso, in May D's page, he posted a recent video of him and Davido doing a song together.
Many big names in Nigeria’s music industry have taken to their pages and insta stories to congratulate Mr. May D after he joined his new family.
However, as at the time of writing this very article, Davido is yet to confirm that he has signed May D, but it is expected that he will soon make it official.
Recall that May D was formerly signed by Psquare into Square Records, before they had some issues and things fell apart for them.
