Many factors have been highlighted by scientists as being responsible for who or how a child looks like. However, the major contributing factor in this are the genes of the parents. While a child inherits 50% of the DNA of each parent, we are made to understand that he/she bears resemblance to the parent whose genes are more aggressive/stronger in that child.
