One of the most rewarding aspects of being an internationally acclaimed artiste/celebrity? Is getting paid.
As a celebrity you get paid over quadruple the amount an average person would get paid for a regular job like modelling or featuring.
Influencers have since gotten under the trick of this hence most of them clamour to have huge following/fan bases on respective social media platform.
This isn't an influencer post though. We're here to talk about the afro-pop iconic singer himself Wizkid.
Wizkid through a combination of hard work and extreme talent, coupled with consistency (he's been almost two decades in the music industry) has been able to build a name for himself and registered himself as not just an entertaining Nigerian artiste but an internationally acclaimed star.
Theres no doubt that Wizkid gets much of his relatively high networth from concerts and shows whose tickets are quick to sell on more mention of his performing.
But that wasn't where this star made a whooping 8 million naira in just a day.
The exclusive deal which left many stunned with excited for the top singer was said to have fetched him a mouth watering sum of $20,000 which is well over N8million. Now that's the kind of amount we like to hear. I doubt any average model has been paid that much.

Wizkid hence became to first ever African artiste to walk the runway for the internationally acclaimed fashion brand D&C.
If that's not securing the bag, I don't know what is.
What are your thoughts on these?
