Almost every week he would call me and ask me if I was working.

“My answer most times was ‘no’ cos the jobs weren’t coming then. He kept on encouraging me never to give up, that he believes so much in me. One day Uncle Larry called me and told me had secured a movie job for me in Lagos, to assist a director (Emeka First Image) but I should hold on for him to speak with the executive producer to make sure I would get paid before coming.”
