2 Reasons Why Every Woman Needs To Join Simi's Ongoing Challenge

Believe it or not, the ongoing "Nobody Like Woman" challenge has turned out to be one of the most crucial trend so far in our country today, since it focuses on women inscribing in black and white photos, some of their negative experiences enforced by the society, due to their gender roles.

We can recall that, this viral campaign was inspired by popular Nigerian singer, Simsola Kosoko after she inscribed some frequently asked questions by people.

It is safe to say that, the need arises for every woman in Nigeria to join this challenge, so as to lend their voice regarding the emotional trauma most women suffer, just because of their gender roles.

This is because, women seem to be the most vulnerable in our society these days, considering the fact that, they are the leading victims of varying cases of bodyshamming, domestic violence, emotional blackmail and other vices in marriage.

We can tell that, one of the leading causes of divorce in Nigeria, particularly among celebrities, according to most of them, is the alarming rate of domestic violence and cheating among men.

Perhaps, in this way or rather through this viral campaign the society and the world at large might not only desist from these act, but can actually value the roles of wives, mother's and daughters, regardless of their flaws or setbacks.

No wonder, a host of female celebrities such as Tonto Dikeh, Adesua Etomi, Temi Otedola, Real Warri Pikin and Osas Igohodaro etc have all joined this challenge by inscribing some of their negative experience with the society.
