Maryam booth was born on the 28 October 1993 in the capital city of kano state, Her entire family are into the kannywood movie industry.
She obtained her primary certificate at Ebony Nursery school and later proceed to Ahmadiyya Secondary School where she bags her senior SSCE Certificate.
Her mother, Zainab booth is among the famous actors who dedicated alot in promoting the hausa movie industry in Nigeria.
Maryam is recognized by majority hausa/fulani community after her movie "Dijangala" where she played the role of a young girl who was humiliated by her lover.
She was also criticized by Muslims in the northern Nigeria after her leak video went viral online.
Maryam has won several awards by local and international organizations for her outstanding performance in her movie career.
She is also featured in a nollywood movie named sons of the caliphate.
