Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel popularly known as Mayorkun and Olamide Adedeji better known as Olamide Badoo are both popular Nigerian musicians who have been in the Nigerian music scene for years with a decorated career of hit songs and a plethora of awards. Olamide who is widely regarded as the king of indigenous rap as he raps mostly in Yoruba, his native language, first came into the limelight before Mayorkum and he has over the years made a name for himself as one of the A-list Nigerian musicians.
Recently, a fan of Mayorkun took to Twitter to argue that Mayorkun is quite better than Olamide when it comes to music prowess. The Fan who is simply identified as @Momooreoluwa on the Popular Microblogging platform, Twitter stirred reactions online after he posted the photos of both artiste and distinguished Mayorkun as a better musician than Olamide.
Upon seeing the tweet, the "Betty Butter" crooner cautioned the overzealous fan of his who compared him with Olamide Badoo to never repeat such as he is no level with him. According to Mayorkun, Olamide Badoo is his senior in the game and he doesn't deserve such dishonor. "DONT DO THIS, EVER AGAIN, BIKO," He said.
Mayorkun response to the fan who purposely compared him to Olamide for clout purpose garnered several reactions online as fans laud him for his brilliant epic response.
