The promotion of nudity on social media could come with severe consequences, hence the need to adhere to moral standards of the land.
Poloo, after pleading guilty, was on Wednesday, April 14, convicted by the Accra Circuit Court over a naked picture she shared on social media on her son’s birthday, June 30, 2020.
The actress was charged with misdemeanor, domestic violence and publishing obscene content.
However, she was earlier detained to undergo a pregnancy test, but it appears the outcome was negative, hence the judgement.
Do you think her punishment will serve as a dererent to other people who do the same or even worst than that of Poloo? We'll like to hear from you. Please do well to share your thoughts via the comment section below.
