Akin Lewis is a Nigerian actor, producer born in the Lagos States. He is known for acting the role of a father in most of his movies, he also loves to take the role of sugar Daddy. Akin Lewis is highly talented, creative, and can handle his role perfectly well.
He's currently a 63 years old actor. He began his acting career in 1973 the same year he joined a drama group led by Professor Bode Sowande, a Nigerian writer and dramatist.
He came into the limelight when he played the lead role in Madam Dearest, a 2005 Nigerian film produced and directed by Tade Ogidan.
Akin Lewis is well educated. He's a product of the University of Ife now Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU).
As a result of Akin's talent and creativity, he has been featured in numerous Nigerian movies. He's mostly seen in yoruba indigenous movies and sometimes in English speaking movies.
He featured in Tinsel, a Nigerian soap opera that began airing in August 2008, and Heroes and Zeroes, a 2010 Nigerian film written and directed by Niji Akanni. In October 2010, he won the Audio Visual Awards (TAVA) for the best actor.
Over the years, he had been featured and directed several films. Some of these popular movies include; Tinsel (2008), Heroes and Zeroes, Silver Lining, and many others
Akin is happily married to the love of his life and their union is blessed with beautiful kids.
