The highly anticipated Big Brother Nigeria Reality TV Show popularly known as BBNaija Season 5 is finally here. The show is set to kick off today July 19, 2020 at 7pm local time. The show promised to be more interesting than ever as the organizers have announced that the winner will be going home with a total prize worth 85 Million Naira. According to the organizers, the show will have little changes from the previous editions due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Some of the changes or measures to be introduced include daily checking of temperature and as well as hosting eviction shows in an empty studio. No fan will be allowed to enter the show, also, there will be psychologists on ground for housemates and crew members and as well as daily disinfection of the house and surface areas.
The breakdown of the 85 million Naira prize include 30 Million Naira in cash, an Innoson SUV, a trip to watch the UEFA Champions League Final, a Trip to Dubai and so on. This is an indeed, an improved prize for the winner. Recall that the last edition of the show was won by Mercy Eke when she became the first ever to win the competition. According to the organizers, last year's Host, Ebuka will still be the host for the season 5 which kicks off today.
