Richard Eyimofe Evans Mofe-Damijo born 6 july 1961 (age 59), is a Award winning Nigerian Actor and former Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta State. RMD, has featured in so many movies from when he started his carrier till date.
He won the award for best actor in leading role in the 2005 Africa Movie Academic Award and also received a lifetime achievement award at the 12th africa movie academy award in 2016.
He was married to May Ellen-Ezekiel who was a Nigerian journalist and publisher. After her death in 1996 RMD married TV personality Jumobi Adegbesan who later left TV for corporate world world. He (RMD) is a proud father of four children (two are from his previous wife and the other two are with his current wife).
