Bandit with a gun in a forest.
A viral video of a bandit (fulani man) was trending on social media. The video shows a fulani bandit revealing those arming/sponsoring them. The video was recorded when Shiekh. Dr. Ahmed Gumi visited the bandit's in the forest for negotiation. As the video shows; the video was recorded in the forest of kindandan on sixtieth january, twenty twenty one (16th/01/2021).
In the video, the fulani man (bandit) was saw saying that:
"I swear to the Almighty God that the government is the one arming/sponsoring us. We Fulani don't know guns. We only know cows and how to rear cows. Cows don't give birth to guns or AK47.
He added that: "I swear to God, we just sat down and were supplied AK47 guns by the government. I am not afraid to say the truth. I attended traditional islamiyya and when i finished my school we were given these weapons. I am wondering what i will do with my life now".
Banditry is one among the major challenges recently facing Nigeria especially, Northern part of the country.
