White Woman disagrees with a lady who said Nigerian men don't make a good husband

While surfing the Internet today, I came across a conversation between a Nigerian lady and a white woman that is the true definition of the saying that a prophet is not valued in his homeland.

A US-based Nigerian lady with the Twitter handle, @makispoke took to her social media page to claim Nigerian men don't make a good life partner as they wouldn't come out on top if evaluated with the most important criteria.

According to her, Nigerian men mean very little to her as she already has everything they bring to the table in a relationship.

Her claimed did spark a lot of negative reactions from Nigerian men which is normal, but what I never expected is seeing a young foreign lady defend Nigerian men.

In reply to the above claim about Nigerian men, a young Australian lady named Avril said the opposite is true in her case. Avril post on social media suggests she has been to Nigeria several times.

According to Avril who claimed to have travelled the world extensively, Nigerian men have all the qualities she finds important in a partner.

Some of the important qualities she listed include, a strong sense of culture and family values, providing for their family financially and emotionally, hardworking, resilient and fierce protector of the people they love.

As a Nigerian man, there is nothing more I can add after such a beautiful defence from a foreign woman who knows the value of Nigerian men.

What do you think? Is Avril claim about Nigerian men wrong or right?
