The Special Adviser to Lagos State Government on Drainage and Water Resources, Joe Igbokwe has reacted to a picture of popular Nigerian comedian, Bovi Ogboma dressed in green and white outfitImage credit: Google, Facebook
In a recent post sighted on the APC chieftain's Facebook page, he stated that the Nigerian Comedian has repented.
Recall that a few months ago, Bovi Ugboma appeared at the Headies 2021 with a blood-stained #EndSARS outfit, as a way of passing a silent message against police brutality, extortion, and man inhumanity to man. His action sparked mixed reactions on social media, with Joe Igbokwe one of those who openly rebuked and condemned the comedian for his action.
Meanwhile, Igbokwe has made a U-turn after he saw the comedian dressed in the green and white outfit as Nigeria marked her 61st year of independence.
What Is your opinion on this?
Do you think Bovi has truly repented from his action or it was just another outfit for his recent comedy skit?
