 Ikechukwu Mitchel ogbonna was born in Abia State, South-eastern Nigeria on 11 January 1984[2] and is the second in the family of four children consisting of two boys and two girls. He is of Igbo descent. He attended primary and secondary education in Lagos, Nigeria. While in Secondary School, he won the Milo Awards for Fine Arts. He coninued his education in the university of Jos where he attained a bachelor's degree in sociology.

Ik ogbonna is married to a Colombian model who is Sonia Morales ,he got married to the beautiful model in the year 2015 the fruit of their marriage who is a boy and named after his father Ace ikechukwu ogbonna whose birthday was celebrated last month.
