It's with no doubt that few weeks ago after news went viral that Twitter will be opening it's African headquarters in Ghana, Nigerians have been ranting and reacting in different ways following the update and asking questions as to why its headquarters will be there when majority of its users are in Nigeria?
Well, l guess any reasonable investor out there would consider a lot of factors before investing his or her business in a particular place and that's exactly what they did.
While the Nigerian senate is now considering a national data base for the entire cows in Nigeria, one of Nigeria's beautiful and former housemate of the Big Brother Naija in Person of Tacha took to her verified Twitter handle to react in a way that attracted a lot of reactions from users.
