On Thursday 15 July 2020, an Activist Mavis Ishanqueen calls out on all Nigerian women through her Twitter account, to the antics being display of one of the most popular cross dressers in Nigeria Bobrisky, on her Instagram page.
Mavis who is a well known Activist, claimed Bobrisky have started to cross the line with her antics on social media in recent time (Bobrisky loves to be regards as "She or her").
Mavis believes that Bobrisky is making mockery of women in the society m, by displaying a false baby bump claiming he is pregnant. And she insisted that such act, is indeed a lack of respect for the struggles of women by all standard.
She claimed Bobrisky is nothing but a man, who prefers and loves to dress up like a woman. And always relies on his male privilege, to get away with so many things that a woman wouldn't.
Bobrisky is the first male social media personality who introduced a set of weird ethics and morals into the Nigeria society, which are totally not aligned with the assumed/normal social norm of the country.
She has over the years been receiving mixed comments, as she has a fair number of fans and critics alike. On a notable occasion, a Nigerian presidential aide walked out of a premises, on sighting the number one popular Nigerian cross dresser Bobrisky within the residence, called Bobrisky "a national disgrace" and said she would be "dealt with ruthlessly" if caught on the streets.
So, Activist Mavis dig on him is not new to Bobrisky. It's part of the business for her. She lives and feed on such negative comment.
